As your stay comes to an end, we kindly ask that you follow these 4 simple check-out steps to help us prepare for our next guests:

• Linens: Leave used towels in the bathroom and bedding on the beds—no need to strip them.
• Trash: Please place all garbage in the outdoor bins provided just outside (to right) of the front gate.
• Power: Turn off all A/C units, lights, and appliances (double check stove, space heaters, and irons.
• Secure: Lock all doors and windows. 

• Keypad entry; codes provided 24 hours prior to arrival
• Security cameras monitor front exterior areas for safety

• Fresh linens, towels (beach + bath)
• Basic toiletries (soap, shampoo, toilet paper)
• Kitchen essentials (oil, salt/pepper, coffee/tea starter pack)
• Cleaning supplies (trash bags, paper towels)

• A/C available in all bedrooms 
• Please turn off units when not in use
• Kitchen includes gas stove, microwave, fridge, toaster, and cookware 
• Washer/dryer available in The Manor

• Highchair, crib, or playpen available (request prior to arrival)
• The pool is unfenced and does not have a lifeguard—please supervise children at all times
• Stairs and balcony areas are present in The Manor and The Cove; child gates available upon request
• Electrical outlets are standard; bring covers if needed for infants and toddlers 

• Tap water is safe but bottled water is recommended for drinking
• In case of outages, backup water and generator systems are in place

• Mid-stay cleaning available by request. 
• Rates (USD): $20 (1BR), $40 (2BR), $70 (4BR)

• Onsite parking available 
• Park in assigned spots according to your reservation
• Car rental coordination and airport pickup offered
• Jet ski and boat tour bookings available

• No smoking indoors
• No unregistered guests
• Events must be pre-approved
• Pets considered with prior approval
