Shakira Smith is the on-island co-founder of Clearview Estate and a vital part of its warm, welcoming spirit. Janelle Archer plays a key role in ensuring the Clearview Estate experience is smooth, stylish, and stress-free. As Guest Experience Coordinator, she manages day-to-day guest services, oversees cleaning and property readiness, and leads planning for on-site events and celebrations. With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for hospitality, Janelle ensures that every room is pristine, every event is seamless, and every guest feels at home from the moment they arrive.

 Accounting & Guest Services Support – Barbados

Mandy Brown provides essential support to Clearview Estate’s Barbados operations, handling accounting, booking logistics, and guest communications with precision and care. Based locally, she works behind the scenes to ensure a smooth experience from inquiry to check-out. Mandy’s attention to detail and warm demeanor make her a trusted point of contact for both guests and partners.
